Parking & Arrival Guide: Momentum Entrepreneurship Hub
Welcome to Momentum! To ensure a smooth arrival for your visit or event, please refer to the parking zones and entry instructions below.
Primary Parking Options
Member / Onsite / Handicap Parking (Blue Zone) Located in the main lot directly in front of the Momentum building's main entrance, north of the building. Open 9AM – 6PM on weekdays.
Note: Coned spaces are reserved for SOMA Lofts residents who have 24/7 access. Please leave these open at all times.
Overflow & Event Parking
When the main lot is full, please use one of the following options:
Street and Overflow Parking (Red) Available along S Main St and W Monroe St, adjacent to the building. A dedicated overflow lot is located across W Monroe St, north of the building.
Note: During large events and after-hours, most non-resident spots become first-come, first-served.
Building Entry
Main Visitor Entrance: The preferred check-in point is the entrance facing South Street Station.
Event Entrance: For evening events, use the BAR Entrance as indicated on your event invitation.
