We’re here to build, grow, and win together. Momentum is where entrepreneurs, founders, executives, and professionals come to do serious work, collaborate, and make big things happen. That means we keep it respectful, productive, and fun.

Follow these rules, and we’ll all thrive. Ignore them? You’ll be shown the door. Simple.

Be a Decent Human.

Treat people with respect - all people. We don’t tolerate harassment, discrimination, or anything that makes this space uncomfortable for others. That includes race, religion, age, disability, gender, sexuality, and anything else that makes us uniquely human. If you wouldn’t say it to a client, investor, or on live TV, don’t say it here.

Share Knowledge, Not Spam.

Momentum thrives on paying it forward. Help when you can, ask when you need it, and celebrate wins together. But let’s be real - nobody wants unsolicited sales pitches or non-stop self-promotion. Collaborate, don’t spam.

Work Hard, Keep It Professional.

This is a place to get sh*t done. Network, brainstorm, and build—but this isn’t a frat house, a dating app, or your living room. Keep the noise level in check, take calls in private spaces, and don’t disrupt others.

Respect Boundaries.

If it’s not yours—don’t take it, don’t touch it, don’t use it without asking. That applies to people, property, and personal space. No unwanted advances, no hovering, no weird vibes. Full stop.

Clean Up Like You Live Here.

Nobody wants to work in a mess. Wash your dishes, wipe up spills, and don’t leave your junk everywhere. If you break something, own it—tell us so we can fix it.

Guests Are Cool (Within Reason).

Got a client or mentor stopping by? Awesome. If they’re staying longer than three hours, they’ll need a day pass. Just give us a heads-up—for everyone’s safety, we need to know who’s in the building. Unregistered guests aren’t allowed.

No Gossip, No Harassment.

Momentum is a no-drama zone. That means no rumors, no harassment, no creeping. If someone says, "Leave me alone," respect that. No unwanted jokes, touching, gifts, or anything that makes someone uncomfortable. If you have to wonder if it crosses the line—it does. We take this seriously.

Keep It Safe, Keep It Secure.

Stealing? You're out. Weapons, illegal drugs, and vaping? Not here. If you see something sketchy, report it to staff.

Drink Responsibly.

Yes, we enjoy a drink now and then, but let’s keep it classy. 21+ only.  This is a workspace, not a bar crawl.

No Sneaky Snaps (Except for Momentum Marketing).

Want to take event pics? Go for it. Want to snap a pic of someone? Ask first. We respect privacy, but Momentum may share content unless a safety exception is requested.

Break the Rules? You’re Out.

Violating the Code of Conduct can lead to warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans. If something’s off, tell a staff member immediately.
