Event Rental Policy

Momentum offers a flexible, modern space for workshops, offsites, receptions, trainings, and other gatherings. The details below outline availability, pricing, services, and expectations for outside clients.

Availability

Our event spaces are available during standard Momentum operating hours (Mon - Fri 9AM to 5PM). After-hours bookings are possible by request and may include additional staffing fees. Availability varies based on internal programming, so early inquiries are encouraged.

Pricing

All rentals include three hours of event time, access to the main event area, and standard seating.


Full Collaboration Space

Capacity: 125

3-Hour Rental: $285

Each Additional Hour: $70

Weekend Premium: +$50 per booking

Capacity: 50

3-Hour Rental: $225

Each Additional Hour: $55

Included With Every Rental

• Standard tables and chairs

• Basic cleaning after the event

• Access to restrooms

• Wi-Fi

• Lobby monitor display for a welcome slide (optional)

• Overhead projectors and screens

Paid Services:

• Staffed front entrance: $40 per hour

• Recording or livestreaming support: quoted upon request

Damage and Cleaning Fees

Damage beyond normal use will result in repair or replacement charges.

Excessive cleaning needs may incur an additional cleaning fee. Final assessments are made after the event.

Guest Entry

For non-Momentum partner events, all guests should enter through the Salvation Cocktail Bar entrance.

If you prefer to use the main Momentum entrance, a Momentum staff member must be present for the duration of guest arrival. This requires a staffing fee.

Catering and Food

External catering is allowed. Clients are responsible for coordinating delivery, setup, and cleanup of food and beverages. All catering materials must be removed at the end of the event.

Alcohol

Events serving alcohol must comply with Indiana regulations. If alcohol is served, the client must use a licensed and insured bartender.

Events We Avoid

To maintain a safe and professional environment, we typically decline the following:

• Events that significantly exceed our capacity

• Events with amplified music at nightclub volume

• Political rallies

• Events with high security requirements

• Activities that conflict with Momentum values or community guidelines
