Momentum Event Rental Policy – A Curated Experience

Availability

At Momentum, we host events that reflect our mission of accelerating entrepreneurship, innovation and community in the South Bend-Elkhart region. To maintain the integrity of our space and ensure value for our members and tenants, we prioritize bookings that meet one of the following:

  1. Entrepreneur ecosystem events (startup demos, founder roundtables, peer gatherings)

  2. Ecosystem partner, member, or Hub investor events tied to our tenant community (board meetings/retreats, executive cocktail events, department dinners)

  3. Premium donor or VIP initiated events ($5,000+ donation level to the Hub)

For events outside these core categories, we will consider limited bookings subject to space availability, approval by our team, and alignment with our programming calendar.

Because we are focused on building a strong tenant community and ecosystem impact, we generally decline bookings that are purely social in nature (e.g., large birthday parties, weddings, bar mitzvahs, concerts, event “bashes”, or bookings bringing mostly out-of-town guests). We aim for events that bring value to our space and community, not simply utilize it.
