Katie Berlent holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management and spent nearly a decade in management at Google, where she hired over 100 people. She now holds an executive role at Autodesk and founded Worth Asking, LLC. For 15 years she's coached people across industries on negotiation — with a focus on empowering women and other underrepresented professionals to earn what they're worth.
