2026 Women of Impact Panel
Spend an evening with women whose work is reshaping South Bend, Elkhart, and communities across Indiana.
They are founders and institution-builders, community organizers and executives, advocates and career pivoters. Some created organizations that did not exist before. Others changed the institutions they entered. Together, their stories offer a wider picture of what leadership and impact can look like, and how meaningful change gets built from very different starting points.
