About your Mentor: Nick Kuhn
Nick Kuhn, VP of Hardtech at Elevate Ventures, brings real build-and-exit experience to his mentorship. A Purdue grad in Construction Management with an MBA from Loyola University Chicago, he spent years in commercial real estate before founding a real estate management firm that he grew over seven years and successfully exited. He's also launched ventures in hospitality and e-commerce and consulted across industries on product development, process management, strategy, and marketing. If you are a founder thinking through operations, strategy, or an eventual exit, Nick is a great mentor for you.
